Recommendations for Cash-Out Refi Lender in Tampa area

Looking to do a 75% LTV cash-out refi on two $100-$110K SF rental properties. Can any recommend a good mortgage broker in the Tampa area?

Hey Mark, I have someone I could recommend. I have done 2 cash-out refinances with them on my own properties so far and got similar terms. Will send you a PM
