Hello BP,

I've recently got into wholesaling RE and im going to back to school which is located in Loretto, PA

I would like to do some deals there as well but I don't know the market there to well such as what properties people are interested in there and good price points or cash buyers in that area.

If  ANYONE has ANY information on the Altoona , Jonhstown or Loretto market please feel free to contact me!
