Tax lien / Tax deed
So I am new to investing, actually I haven't ever invested. So I have been hearing a lot about Tax Liens and was wondering if anyone from Michigan has ever done this type of investing? If so how did it pan out?
Thank you in advance

@Dennis Weber and others. This is absolutely true. I see big funds bid so high it is clear they didn't know the consequences of their bids. Big money isn't always smart money.
