I already have two rental homes under contract in Detroit Michigan but, I am having trouble finding any buyers, any tips on marketing?

Many out of state investors shop through craigslist and other free sites so you could use those platforms also the market place here on BP. Also there are some groups on facebook you can market to. Remember to go to local REIA meetings as you will meet others who invest in Michigan there as well. But beware of false buyers who cant show proof of funds, they are time wasters and usually just want to cut in on your fees. Hope this helps some and good luck to your success!!
