I'll be making a trip this coming week to Kansas City to check out some new neighborhoods for our buy/hold arm. Would be great to catch up with some KC folks who could point out some hot neighborhoods for investing. I will be in town April 26 and 27.

Our bread/butter is 2/3 bed 1+ bath ranches built 1950 and newer. However, this is my first venture outside Indianapolis so I am really trying to get my bearings straight on what neighborhoods are investable. Don't want trash taking up my limited time.
