Renting to College Students

Hello BP Community,

As a college student myself, I would love to hear about peoples' experiences with renting to college students. I have run a couple searches online and notices that while the market is pretty saturated, especially within city limits, there weren't as many people trying to rest specifically to students as I would have thought.

Is renting to college students a pain? I suppose they would only rent for a year at most and can be a hassle with payments and damage.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks again guys,

Howell Conant
