Hi Guys,

I've been looking into real estate for quite a bit now and I'm looking to purchase my first property pretty soon. I'm in Edmonton, my wife and I would like to invest downtown since we believe that it will be a great investment for the future and easy to rent. Were looking for a good realtor that understand real estate investment to be part of our team. Any suggestions? Also, what tools do you guys utilize to analyse your deals?
