Hello bigger pockets members. I am looking at doing my first local flip. I believe finding a great value is the most crucial step. Getting a house below market value has been a challenge.

I believe most, if not everyone, will say that finding the deal is the most difficult part in today's market.  Unless you are an already established investor with a great lead funnel, it is not going to be easy in Southern California.  Like everyone says, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
