Areas in Chicago to Wholesale/Flip

Good Evening

Do anybody know the best area to do a wholesale and/or flip in Chicago proper and surrounding areas. I am looking in the areas of Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square and Avondale and surrounding suburbs.

Almost all areas are good areas if you can buy the property under value. Almost all areas are bad areas if you can't buy the property under value.

It is all about buying the particular property under value.
