Fannie Mae closing - rejected extension

I'm buying a property from Fannie Mae. We were supposed to close 4 days ago. We are almost done with everything, title just came back today, CO done, mortgage commitment in place and attorney of the bank that's providing a loan is reviewing everything. The selling agent just notified us that if we don't close by March 31, the deal is dead. He said he asked for extension but it was rejected. All we may need is 2-3 extra days. Any advice? Thank you in advance.
