Finding Worthwhile Deals in Southern California
i'm looking for a small multi-family property in southern california (i.e., that i can drive to from LA), but am finding it to be pretty difficult to find properties that are affordable for an entry-level guy like myself and that offer any kind of return. does anyone have any advice on how to find smaller, feasible deals in hot markets like socal? i'm not holding out for a home-run, getting on base and getting in the game would be great. thanks in advance.
