Please Help, Attended Nick Vertucci Seminar

I attended Nick Vertucci's free seminar and they mentioned some things that i am interested in. First, he made mention of new or other sites outside of the common sites in which you may search homes and sort by categories such as equity %age. Does anyone know of such sites?

Second, My lease will be up come November and I would like to purchase a home. My position isn't feasible to say the least, No savings, and poor at best credit. How can I get in a home and what steps need to be take to be ready by November 1?

Third, He made mention of creating corporation in order to right off on my taxes. Is there a cost effective/ quick way to do so? 

Lastly, Ready to start flipping, what needs to be in place in order to be productive, and successful?
