anyone in BP doing business in Rocky Mountain North Carolina I like to find out if there's any chance of the market stabilizing there I see a lot of properties for real low low prices but also realize that their economy is shot

Do you mean Rocky Mount? If so, @Adam Schneider had a wholesaler presenting a property in Rocky Mount during his last meet-up. This wholesaler mentioned he was active in Rocky Mount and unfortunately I don't have his contact information but Adam should be able to source that for you.
