I am looking to buy a rental property where everything looks good and numbers work.

However, I see this large tree next to one wall and it hangs over the roof which causes debris on the roof.

At this time, there are no known issues with plumbing or any foundation issues, but would you get a house with a tree like this?  Is this a huge risk or not really???
