Single Best Introductory Book for Buying Real Estate ????

I have a nephew looking to make their first real estate purchase/investment. Would like some recommendations from members here on the single best book, in their opinion, for a first time buyer of real estate. This would apply to a buyer looking for their first primary residence. Looking for something not too soft but clearly written for an intelligent, thoughtful  buyer.  Also your recommendations on good website or blogs for first time homebuyers would be great as well.

Your assistance is appreciated !

Hey, Scott. Interesting question. You've got me curious, though. You're a licensed real estate agent, if I read your profile correctly. My advice to my relative would not be to read a book, it would be to engage an agent I recommended to them, someone I trusted and knew was capable. And I'd help them, if they asked me to.

Maybe that's coming in your plan, but you didn't mention it.
