Hello, my name is David  living in long island NY. Currently I am looking into new market to invest in real estate, specifically flipping. The arears I am interested in are Baltimore MD, Daytona Beach FL, Pittsburgh PA...  I am  looking for serious investor(s), ideally those living in the above areas, to team up.
