good morning, I'm based in nj. I owned 2 condos( as investment property) in an adult community with no mortgage I want to do a cash out on one of them.  I was told by a mortgage broker that his company does not cash out in adult communities which are not owner occupied.  Does anyone in this forum know a national bank or mortgage broker who are licensed to do business in nj ?  If so, please share. Thank you
