Atlanta Real Estate Agent Recommendation

Hi guys,

Can any recommend a good real estate agent in Atlanta. I’m generally looking in better neighbourhoods such as Snellville, Fayteville, Fairburn etc. Generally like deals that can net 8-9% yield all in after rehab ~$120-$140k max. Got a fair bit of money to put to work, ideally looking for an agent who can work via email and be super quick in making bids and spotting new listings on the MLS. I also have access to the MLS so sometimes it’s as easy as just getting the agent to bid and put the paperwork in. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Thanks!
