Hello!
I have done all of my past closings with attorneys, but I was wondering which title companies you guys are using in Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, and Chesterfield for your closings. If anyone would be so kind as to recommend an investor friendly title company to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Homeland Title & Escrow is who I always use. They are always helpful and friendly with all of my closings... they have a office in Glen Allen, Mechanicsville and Chesterfield.
