Turnkey Companies in Dallas & Houston areas

Just starting to do some research into turnkey companies in the Dallas & Houston area. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I hate that you have not received any replies as of yet.  My families' company, Memphis Invest, operates in both markets and currently manages roughly 1,600 properties between the two.  We still do roughly 200 properties a year in Texas and we'd be happy to answer any questions for you on the markets and how they are performing.

You can also look up Texas Turnkey Properties.  They are a Houston provider owned by Shawn and Joni Wolfsvinkel.  They are super high quality and have been here to our offices in Memphis to share best practices.  I think they are also operating in Albuquerque, NM.  My advice would be to start there and get an idea of what the markets are like for investors.
