Contract for Deed in Georgia

I purchased a contract for deed that is in default in the Atlanta Georgia area. The home is vacant and I cannot contact the homeowner. I would like to hire an attorney so that I can o take possession of the home without violating any laws. I believe I can do an eviction? Or do I need to follow foreclose laws? Either way I would like to hire an attorney. Can anyone recommend a good reasonable attorney in the area?

Thanks
