What does "zoned R3" mean
I'm from the Eau Claire WI area and I found a great deal on a house that will be a awesome flip. It is zoned R3 I was wondering what that means and if it will be able to legally hold tenants? I would like to rent out for at least one year for all of the tax benefits that come from waiting over a year.
Thanks :)
