THERE IS A HOUSE NEXT TO ONE OF MY PROPERTIES. IT HAS BEEN VACANT THE WHOLE TIME I HAVE OWNED MY HOUSE, WHICH IS ABOUT 3 YEARS. I LOOKED IT UP AND IT HAS BEEN OWNED SINCE 1979. IT'S NOT ON THE MARKET BUT I AM VERY INTEREST IN BUYING IT. I WANT TO KNOW HOW I CAN FINDER OWNER'S CONTACT INFORMATION. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GO ABOUT FINDING THIS INFORMATION?
