Yellow Letter Campaign Issues

Hey BP, 

I recently kicked off a yellow letter campaign for absentee owners in my local market. This is not my first time mailing to this list. The last campaign with this particular list yielded a 10% response rate and only a few were returned to sender. This time i received 0% response rate and a Vast majority of the letters actually came back as return to sender. Once looking over them i realized that the mailing addresses were wrong. My issue is that a lot of these returned letters should be addressed to the absentee owners actual mailing address and not the subject property address. Has anyone ever had this issue with Yellowletters.com before?
