I will be buying a home sometime in the summer time and as a 20 year old landlord I am naive and ignorant to many things in the real estate world. I am also nervous. I just wanted to speak with someone who can abet me in some general information that I need to know. Things that typical landlords will not speak of and things that I should know but may not if anyone can help that would be great.
