Lease Option in the Bay Area
Hello! I have a client who is looking for a Lease Option home in the Bay Area, specifially Castro Valley. She said she spoke with a lender who suggested this option since she does not have enough funds for a down payment at the moment. Can someone advise me on how I can go about helping her. Is there a website for finding Lease Option homes? Is this something I can find on the MLS?
