How to find your first house to FLIP....

Question

I'm new to Bigger Pockets. Hopefully this site could help make my pockets Bigger. I wanted to find out some good places to start finding houses to present to investor to FLIP. Thanks!!

marketing is key to this business.

get business cards

send direct mail. make sure you know who you are targeting

network

drive for dollars

get a landing page

find other investors with more experience to help you out on your first deal. tell them you will do mostof the leg work
