Hey guys/gals,

I am brand new to this site, and want to introduce myself as I am very eager to gain knowledge about Real Estate Investing.  I am 25 years old, and bought my 1st home when I was 24.  The only debt I currently have is the money I spent to finish the basement which will be paid off in a year.  I am currently living in the house with my girlfriend, brother, and friend who pay my mortgage & then some.  I have always wanted to get into flipping/rental properties, and am just looking for some advice on how to do so.  I feel like it will be very tough to get another mortgage at my age.  Would buying with straight cash be the way to go?  Any feedback & general advice is welcome!!  Thanks!
