Just came across the Wells Fargo Lift program for the cities of Tucson, and South Tucson Arizona. It might be of use to investors starting out, it provides up to 15k for down payment assistance and it can be used on properties with up to 4 units, also can be used in conjunction with a 203k rehab loan.
