Quick question
What would you pay for a property that does not need any repairs?
I'm looking at a friends property that is in perfect condition he just wants to sell it asap.
I'm looking to wholesale it (not making much) to Help him out and make a little bit of $
What percentage of the value of The house would you pay if all you needed to do was list it and resell it? 75%? 80% ?
Probably would take 3-6 months to sell
