Single family or Multi?
This is generally for people who have experience with both. Which do you like better and why? Which do you recommend for a beginner? This is for buy and hold purposes.

Single family. When it is time to sell, you can usually sell to an end-user or an investor. You may be able to achieve "Retail".
Multi family you will only sell (usually) to an investor. "Wholesale".
