Does any one know what the financing terms are for Econohomes? They have been dipping their toe in the waters around here. All they've done is buy up some foreclores and raise the price by about $7k or about 20% in most cases. Here's the MLS text: "Corporate owner, Not a Short Sale. Sold as is, where is. 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch. Buyer to pay $2255 fee at closing. Investor financing available. Buyer to assume all liens and encumbrances. Data believed correct but not guaranteed. Buyer to verify data prior to offer." They've only done a handful of properties around here. They own the properties.
