Finding a good property to invest in (maryland)

Other than Zillow, and Redfin. What websites or software will allow me to find better deals, off market deals, foreclosures, or anything that might be better.

How much money do you have and how many assets you looking to buy? If its one, then online marketplaces and REIA groups will be fine - most likely not worth buying all this software and memberships etc- end of day cheaper to pay a wholesaler $5k for a deal than the amount of time and effort chasing down a deal IMHO

I utilize the auditor site to trace property owner lists and contact them through cold calls.
