Hi everyone, I’m new to the community and would love to learn more about investing in US Markets as a Canadian. 

More specifically setting up an LLC as a Canadian, navigating cross-border taxation, finding lenders, and going through the acquisition process as an international investor.

We have partners who are foreign investors. DM me and I will send you contacts for; attorneys, lenders, and accountants they have previously used. It is important that you hire professionals who have experience working with foreign investors.

I have done a ton of research and spent quite a bit of money getting consultation from lawyers and CPAs over the past few months on how to do this correctly.  Sure thing, happy to share what I've learned if they're applicable. Obviously not lawyer advice or CPA advice but hopefully they can give you a good starting point before figuring out your own situation better.
