Land Contract deals
I am looking NOW at doing a land contract deal on a 300k property. (Before I was looking at owner financing on a different property but that didn’t pan out) I will be Leasing it for 2 years with a portion of the monthly payment going towards my down payment at the end of 2 years.
2% up front down payment. The seller is using a realtor. I have a realtor as well and I am trying to figure out how much closing cost would be for negotiations, my thought is, since I’m not buying the property until the end of the lease in two years, I don’t think the closing cost would be as much as if I was buying the property now.
I would appreciate any and all advice. Thank you in advance
