Feeder for sober living homes

Ross Miller
Posted

Hi - I own an addiction recovery business in Denver and we need more housing to refer our clients to for 3 month transitional living.

We have the ability to obtain grant funding/govt subsidies for guaranteed rent scholarships, but we need housing partners to work with.

Anyone out there interested in hearing more details?

This is a good opportunity for someone with a single/multi family home ready to rent and accept tenants right away, or for someone looking to purchase their first unit.

Your offer sounds intriguing for property owners interested in steady rental income while contributing positively to the community. Grant funding and government subsidies for rent can provide financial security for landlords. This opportunity could be particularly appealing to those with ready-to-rent single or multi-family homes, or investors considering their first property purchase. Those interested in a socially responsible investment and collaboration in providing transitional living for individuals in addiction recovery should definitely explore this further with you.
