how to obtain CCO certificate in Newark Essex county

I am selling my house in Newark under the following zip code 07105. I need some advice from a professional local agents regarding  how to obtain CERTIFICATE OF CODE COMPLIANCE. I have paid on Newark portal and submitted application for  CCO and scheduled fire inspection but I cant schedule inspection to ensure I don't have any opened Building/ Construction permits. 

I call to zoning at 973-733-3714  and no one picks up when i call code enforcement at 973-733-3706 they tell me I have to wait and they will send me an email with the date of inspection but i am not sure why it is taking so long to schedule inspection for one unit family ? my agent is ferly new to this so I cant expect him to guide me on that! 

Plz let me know, how you guys handled to obtain CCO ?
