Considering selling part or all of our 70+ door portfolio with mostly single family, one triplex, one seven unit and one four unit. Greater Charlotte NC area. Stabilized, no deferred maintenance, fully rented except one or two preparing for new tenants right now. First steps we should take? Input as to whom to contact? Thank you in advance.
