Tax Lien/Auction Resources

Good Morning everyone,

First post here, happy to be part of the ecosystem. I am a REALTOR in the greater Boston, MA area. I have a client that is inquiring about properties subject to tax liens, foreclosure and possible auctions. After checking with some others agents in my office, most are unfamiliar with how to approach this strategy.

Having tuned in to many of the podcasts, I believe this community is most likely my best resource for info. So my question...

Is there a no- or low-cost site that offers this type of information? If not, what are the best value options for subscriptions into this type of resource.
