New Investor in Huntsville
Hello everyone, I’m a new investor in Huntsville Alabama. My background is in insurance and bartending which helps a ton with negotiations, as well as forming great relationships with local agents.
I found out quickly that I have a knack for getting lots of off market deals sent to me from many local real estate agents.
It’s seems like every week I have something that will cash flow well and gain a decent Cash on Cash return.
However, since I’m new to this I have little capital to take these deals on myself.
Any advice on finding partners/ buyers for deals in a market where many people don’t use social media as their main form of getting information on deals.
Thanks
