Lenders and Credit Inquiries

I have two deals lined up with two different lenders. I rarely use conventional financing.

I qualify for both deals. However, I am concerned about the second lender turning me down because the first lender left a credit inquiry. I also have been recently approved for business credit.

Is this a concern, even if I have excellent credit?
