What are the top 5 zip codes in Nashville, TN with the highest gross rents, lowest turnover/vacancies, lowest crime rates, great schools, and great employers for residential single-family home neighborhoods? Class A neighborhoods.

@William Hinsche

You can't ask this question by zip code, you have to do it by specific areas.

For example: 37208 is considered "North Nashville" but in that zip code you have Germantown/Salemtown where the homes are well over $1m and is one of the most desirable places to live in Nashville. You also have homes that are in disrepair and need to be torn down in that same zip code.

Class A residential areas are going to be:

Belle Meade, Green Hills, Oak Hill, 12 South, Belmont, West End.

None of these areas are zoned for good schools. Parents in these neighborhoods send their children to private schools (MBA, Harpeth Hall, Ensworth). Davidson county doesn't really have good public schools.....

A good public school would be Harpeth Valley Elementary in Bellevue (37221). This is more so class B to B + of a location. Hume Fogg is another good school that is located in downtown Nashville.

Truly, what you are looking for can be found in Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville. Located in Williamson county. These are all A to A+ areas with some of the best public schools in the entire county.

Brentwood is one zip code 37027. (Do not be misled by listings that have Brentwood with the 37211 zip code-this is Davidson county)

Franklin has 3 zip codes 37069, 37067, 37064

Nolensville 37135

Let me know if you have any other questions....
