Sale of Constable Deed

Hello,

I am in Texas and have bought a house at a tax sale. It was not Homestead and I have waited the redemption period to expire. I was wondering if there is a way to sale the Constable Deed I have, to another person without going to a title company? Can I just go to the courthouse with the buyer and sign over the Constable deed to the buyer? They are aware it’s only a Constable Deed.
