Buying houses on contract in Iowa
Good morning investors!
I am in the process of purchasing entire portfolios from investors looking to exit the rental game. I was wondering there were any purchase agreements online that I could use to get these houses under contract asap instead of waiting for busy lawyers in my area. are there online resources that you know of that would be considered a binding contract so I can get these deals locked in on the same day I make the offer?
