Seller wants to back out

Oscar Acuna
Posted

Last night my agent wrote an offer for a property and both me and the seller signed it. This morning my agent gets a message from seller agent saying "Good morning. The Seller just contacted me and said he is taking the Stedham house off the market and not selling after all. I apologize." My agent is already working on resolving this for me but I wanted to know your input. Wanted to mention this property had been on the market already for about 3 months then it was taken off then reposted 2 days ago.
