how to find wholesalers in central Texas
I have been investing in RE in the last several years. I own multiple rental properties now. However, while the market are getting hotter, the it has become harder and harder to find reasonable deals on MLS. I am thinking to pass on the MLS and find a wholesaler for my next deal. Where do I start with?
Any suggestions?
I am living in Austin, Texas. For now, I only want to invest in the central Texas area.

Joe,
What kind of cap rate or ROI are you looking for? I agree, the MLS is tough right now. All of the good deals are gone and usually have multiple offers within 24 hours. I have quite a few clients that are interested in selling their tenant occupied properties, but don't want to list in MLS and have dozens of agents show up at the property and disturb their tenants. Let me know what kind of return you are looking for and I will see if I have a fit.
