Long term Mobile home financing

Does anyone know a lender who specializes or can do long term financing on a mobile home? It is not in a mh park and the one in question comes with the land also and is on Cedar Creek Lake (not lake front but can see the lake from backyard). Before I buy with cash want to make sure I have long term plans after 6 months. Thanks in advance
