CA Lonnie Deals
Is anyone currently doing any Lonnie Deals in Southern California? The area I live in has very expensive lot rent. Avg is 600-900/Month. About 1 hour from my house it is about 400-700/month. Older mobile homes seem to be advertised for about the same price on CL.
It also seems laws are very different here than other states regarding the sale of mobile homes. You deal with the Dept of Housing and have to get clearance from the local tax assessor.
I really want to start investing but don't want to get into any legal troubles. I think I am just very nervous to do my first deal as I want to know everything about it first.
I'm thinking about contacting a mobile home park that would seem like a good one to work in, explaining to them what I want to do and asking them If they could teach me all about the mobile home laws here.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
