Mobile home insurance and more
Hello, I'm planning on doing seller financing on some mobile homes and would like to know if there are any companies out there that would insure them, especially in AZ. Also, a park is giving me a single wide home for free but the whole ceiling is covered with mold. Is it even worth getting an inspector to take a look or should I just pass on it?
