Anyone in the Spokane WA area that likes buying/selling mobile homes? 

My wife and I are currently saving up to buy a park but in the mean time Ive been browsing mobile homes. Found a good deal on a home in a park where I live in Spokane, would like to chat with a local buyer/investor to get there input.
